1. Privacy in Dear World
This policy covers the Dear World app, its marketing website, and support provided by the Dear World team. You can contact us at studio@visigence.com.
Dear World does not collect, transmit to us, sell, or share personal data through the app. We do not use the app to track you across other companies’ apps or websites. We do not receive your gameplay activity, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers through the app.
We do not integrate third-party advertising or analytics services that collect personal data through Dear World.
3. When you email us
Contacting support is voluntary and separate from using the app. If you email studio@visigence.com, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments you choose to include.
We use this information only to respond, resolve your request, and maintain relevant support correspondence. Our email service provider processes correspondence to deliver and store email on our behalf. We do not use support messages for advertising, sell them, or add you to a marketing mailing list.
Please send only information relevant to your request. You do not need to provide a password, payment card number, or other sensitive information.
4. This website
This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, third-party embedded media, tracking cookies, or browser storage to identify visitors. Its images, fonts, scripts, and styles are served with the site. There is no account or contact form.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page, and access time, to deliver and secure the website. This hosting activity is separate from the Dear World app and is described in Vercel’s privacy notice. We do not use hosting request information for advertising or cross-site tracking.
When you follow an external link, the destination site’s own privacy practices apply.
5. Retention, deletion, and your choices
Because Dear World collects no personal data through the app, we have no collected app data to retain, export, or delete.
We retain voluntary support correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request, maintain necessary support records, or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you provided by emailing studio@visigence.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and explain any legal reason that prevents deletion.
Technical hosting information is subject to the hosting provider’s retention practices. Service providers may process information outside your country. We use service providers only as needed to operate the website or respond to support requests, subject to their service and privacy terms. We may also disclose information where required by law.
6. Children’s privacy
Dear World does not collect personal data through the app from any user, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email that should be deleted, please contact us so we can address the request.
7. Updates and contact
If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. Any future personal data collection through the app will be reflected in the app’s privacy disclosures and, where required, accompanied by notice or consent.
